How to set up a Subdomain

Portal Home > Knowledgebase > How TO's > How to set up a Subdomain

Go to your cPanel and click on the Subdomain link and setup the subdomain you want.

Then go to the support tech tickets by clicking here and request we set the subdomain up in the DNS.

Be sure to put the subdomain name your are setting up in the ticket.

After we set up the subdomain in the DNS it will take anywhere from 24 to 48 to start working.
